The Digital Marketing Analyst (SEM & Social) will play a key role at StackPros Inc., required to help create and maintain industry-leading quality and efficiency of service and software delivery.

The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Analyst is to support the Marketing Intelligence Team in collaboration with the StackPros Data Systems and Digital Ecosystems teams, to guide clients’ operation and development of their Search (Paid primary, Organic secondary) and Paid Social Management systems through the practical application of data and insights.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will apply their broad technical understanding of Search Management and Analytics systems and best practices to inform the optimization of current marketing efforts and provide guidance for the development of client systems. Working collaboratively with StackPros team members, the candidate will investigate and evaluate client requests, as well as lead verification of deliverables and execution of projects. The incumbent will be expected to grow within their role as no two projects are the same and each will have unique client-specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Marketing Analyst, Marketing Intelligence Team, the successful candidate would be responsible for maintaining a strong client relationship and assisting other StackPros team members through scope clarity and delivery of insights, strategic recommendations and reports
  • Owning responsibility for StackPros’ expert support, providing guidance and insight across all types of Search & Social technologies and tools
  • Solving complex and unique challenges associated with creating new best practices via tactical application of custom technology
  • Performing deliverable validation against scope and best practices, pushing beyond industry standards
  • Collaborating with the Data Systems team in generating queries, reports, code development and other various tasks, in the form of aligning backend workflows with direct client value
  • Establishing and maintaining constructive working relationships and keeping clients informed of progress or status, addressing the underlying needs of the clients
  • This individual would be required to support and evolve enterprise clients’ complex, highly-sophisticated Marketing and Analytics Tech stacks, adapting to new and varied systems as necessary
  • This individual must be very comfortable with the manipulation and interpretation of marketing data, in a variety of formats as it relates to client use of data and assisting with internal discussions
  • Adapt to ever-changing client needs and expectations
  • Maintain dedication toward achieving excellence in StackPros Inc.’s delivery against client needs, and overall success as an organization

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Superior understanding of digital ecosystems including online data collection, cloud systems and analytics tools (Google stack, DoubleClick stack, Facebook, AWS, Salesforce, Adobe Suite etc.)
  • Strong technical understanding of a range of marketing concepts such as cookie-based data collection, setting and leveraging audience segments, attribution modelling, AB/N & multivariate testing, and dynamic ads will be essential
  • Strong capability and significant experience within Google Analytics (ideally GA360) and the DoubleClick product suite is essential, SalesForce Marketing Cloud experience would be an asset
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential; candidate should be comfortable presenting and participating in group discussions of concepts with internal and external stakeholders
  • Candidate must exhibit an analytical, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Experience with Jira / Atlassian project management tools is an asset
  • This individual must be very comfortable with the manipulation and interpretation of marketing data, in a variety of formats as it relates to client use of data and assisting with internal discussions
  • Working experience with DMPs and CRM databases (such as Salesforce) and the application of this data will be beneficial
  • Kenshoo Search and Social experience would be an asset
